Since SCANDI builds more than 120 homes per year, which is equivalent to one home in three days on average, the production of one home results in fewer CO2 emissions than two people produce in a year.
So the CO2 emissions from the production of one SCANDI house is equal to 2 people/year or the emissions from one car/year is equal to 1.5 SCANDI houses.

How are SCANDI houses made?
All modular house structures are manufactured at the factory under strict control and according to SCANDI standards. Seasonality and weather conditions do not affect the work of our production.
In what form is the house delivered to the site?
SCANDI houses are fully manufactured at the factory and delivered in large blocks, ready for installation on your site. This way, you get a completed house in one day.
How long does it take to install SCANDI on the site?
The house will be fully ready for living in 7-10 days (depending on its size).
The first day is the installation of modular structures. The second is the installation of windows and roofing. The third to seventh day is spent on exterior and interior work. The final stage is approval and handing over the house to the customer.

How is SCANDI heated?
The fixed price already includes heaters from the Ukrainian manufacturer Teploceramic. This is enough to heat the house at temperatures down to 0 °C. Additionally, for double or triple heating savings, you can order a wood-burning fireplace and an air/air heat pump.
Is it possible to rent SCANDI?
Yes, you can. Our partners, ULIS, rent SCANDI 4 and SCANDI 3. The houses are installed in a beautiful place on the edge of the forest in the village of Dudky, Kyiv region. There you can relax in nature from the hustle and bustle of the city and decide whether you are ready to live in the countryside.
What is the environmental friendliness of SCANDI?
SCANDI is a house that consumes minimal resources. They are assembled at SCANDI's own production facility and then transported to your site in modules. This means minimal construction waste and pollution of the territory.
